Is it mandatory in Orange County that manholes are at least an inch or two lower than the street? Even after repaving, the DOT never levels them off. I moved from a city that uses riser rings to make the roads smoother. Why don’t they do it here?

I’m ticked off that Walmart now only marks down their Halloween candy 25% after the holiday. But I’m sure they are also ticked off that so many of us cost-conscious seniors are willing to wait a week until it is 50% off, and then it’s candy land!
I am ticked that traffic enforcement is so rare that we now have a channel on Roku dedicated to road rage. If people knew that bad drivers got tickets for their bad driving, you wouldn’t have as much road rage. However, most people know that there is little or no recourse for these bad drivers and that is why people get so upset on the road. If we had a group that effectively enforced traffic law, then these incidents wouldn’t be so common. We also wouldn’t have such high insurance rates.
I am ticked off that Orlando’s Frito Lay plant on Silver Star Road is closing after about 60 years of operation. Five hundred jobs will be lost.
