The Preeclampsia Foundation presents the first Tampa Promise Walk for Preeclampsia on Sunday September 20th at 8am at Gadsden Park in South Tampa. The Tampa Promise Walk is a family-friendly walk for heart health to raise awareness for preeclampsia, eclampsia and H E L L P syndrome.

Attendees will hear from survivors about the impact preeclampsia has had on their families. All are welcome, including strollers and wagons.

The Preeclampsia Foundation’s purpose is to improve the outcomes of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy by educating, supporting and engaging the community, improving healthcare practices, and accelerating research. Proceeds support the Preeclampsia Foundation’s vision of a world where preeclampsia no longer threatens the lives of moms and babies.
