A teenage girl is hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle Wednesday afternoon in Miami.
Miami police responded to Northwest 12th Avenue and Northwest Seventh Street after receiving reports of a crash involving a juvenile pedestrian.
Miami Fire Rescue also responded and transported the victim to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center in serious but stable condition.
Miami Fire Rescue confirmed the victim is 13-years-old.
The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
