TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – There are dozens of sweet, sassy, spunky adoptable pups ready to put a smile on your face right now!
Furry Friday is a weekly collaboration between WCTV and the Tallahassee Animal Service Center designed to get dogs out of their kennels and into the spotlight in hopes of helping them find fur-ever homes, faster.
Here are the dogs we are featuring this week:
MEET HAPPY

MEET FUNNEL CAKES
Funnel Cakes doesn’t know how to take a bad picture. She’d look picture perfect in a selfie with you!(WCTV)

Funnel Cakes enjoys long walks and frequently looks back to make sure you’re keeping up!

MEET ARTIS
Artis will sit and wag his tail wildly at the prospect of some treats and some TLC!(WCTV)

This German Shepherd mix is hunky and handsome and does not shy away from saying hello!
Artis could be your next walking buddy.
He may have come in as a stray, but it’s clear someone loved this boy and taught him to mind his manners.
Artis sits and wags his tail wildly at the promise of a few treats!

MEET KENNEY
Kenney can sit … at least for a moment… and his smile just gets bigger and bigger when he’s wrapped up in a hug!(WCTV)

This little man has a nose for news. Okay, at least a nose for adventure!
The black and tan hound mix has fleet feet and can’t wait to soak in all the sights, sounds and smells all around him.

MEET AND GREET
You can meet these dogs and dozens more awaiting adoption at the Tallahassee Animal Service Center. It’s located across from Tom Brown Park at 1125 Easterwood Drive in Tallahassee.
You can walk through the kennels Tuesday through Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and can also visit by appointment the rest of the week from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
