Stuart man ordered to serve 127 years in child exploitation case
STUART, Fla. —
A man arrested in connection with a child exploitation investigation in Stuart has been sentenced to 127 years in prison, according to the Stuart Police Department.

Police said Phoenix Monserrate was arrested in December 2024 after detectives investigated the exploitation of a juvenile.

Stuart man gets 127 years in Florida prison in child exploitation case
On Wednesday, authorities announced that Monserrate was sentenced to 127 years in Florida state prison after being convicted of multiple charges involving the sexual exploitation of a child and possession of child sexual abuse material.
The Stuart Police Department said the case was the result of a lengthy investigation by its detectives, with assistance from Homeland Security Investigations in Fort Pierce.
