
Jack Doherty arrested, booked in Florida on domestic violence charge
Controversial social media influencer Jack Doherty was reportedly arrested in Broward County, Florida on Friday, September 3, and booked on a charge of domestic violence battery, according to a report from TMZ.
Very few details regarding Doherty’s arrest have been made public, but people close to Doherty allege the actions that led to his arrest came in self defense.
South Florida radio host And Slater passed along vague information on social media, alleging, “Police tell me that Doherty and a female victim got into a physical dispute inside a house. The female was not injured.”
Doherty’s mugshot was also released. It’s not the first time the stream has been in trouble with the law in Florida, previously being arrested in November 2025.

Jack Doherty’s History of Trouble
Back in November 2025, Doherty was arrested outside of a smoke shop by Miami Beach Police. He was booked on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and resisting arrest. Police claim Doherty was in possession of amphetemine and less than 20 grams of marijuana.
He was ultimately arrested on $3,500 bond.
Doherty rose to fame in the social media era because of his viral online stunts that began with flipping and trick shot videos, before escalating to extreme pranks and causing disruptions in public areas.
