St. Petersburg officials will hold two online meetings this month to collect public feedback on the city’s Sidewalk Master Plan before it is finalized.
The initiative aims to address community need, pedestrian accessibility, and safety of the sidewalk network and to guide future investments.
Staff will present findings from a gap analysis and summarize results from a community survey.
“Residents, especially those who walk, bike, use mobility devices or otherwise rely on the city’s pedestrian network, are encouraged to participate and share their input at either meeting, regardless of their City Council district,” according to a news release from the City of St. Petersburg.
The meetings are set for Sept. 15 and Sept. 22, both at 6 p.m. Details and a link to the virtual meetings are posted at stpete.org/SidewalkMasterPlan.
