SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. (WKMG) – A Florida man was arrested after he was caught wearing just G-string underwear and sneakers outside of his car in a Target parking lot.
The police report said a Seminole County deputy responded to a call Sunday night about a man outside of his car touching himself.
The responding deputy identified him as 41-year-old Nicholas Lydic.
He told the deputy he was outside his car changing because he got wet.
Inside Lydic’s car, the deputy found a backpack full of women’s underwear, as well as sex toys.
He was taken into custody and charged with ‘indecent exposure.’
Lydic has a conviction from another Florida county from last year — also for indecent exposure of sexual organs.
