Snakes join the Howl-O-Scream monster tradition

TAMPA, Fla. — This year’s latest haunted house at Busch Gardens Howl-O-Scream: Anaconda: Fear Has No Escape!

It’s all part of the theme park’s spooky evolution for the perfect fright this Halloween season.

It’s Busch Gardens’ 26th year of spookiness — offering six haunted houses, multiple scare zones and spooky entertainment.

Also, if you are looking for a boozy drink that vampires would mistake for their favorite meal, you can get that, too.

New this year, the park is offering miniature haunts like the Bloody Mary Bathroom.

Call her name three times while looking into the mirror, and she shows up with horrible screams.

There is also a new photo opportunity — but everything is not as it seems.

This year’s theme is a throwback: Creatures of the Night.

The event runs on select dates through Oct. 31.
