The new Community center is located at 4317 N State Road 7, Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33319. These modern facilities are now open to the public and offer dedicated, compassionate, and comprehensive primary care, as well as specialized programs designed for exclusive care and wellness programs for seniors.
Community Lauderdale Lakes was created to support senior adults in living healthier, fuller lives through personalized preventive care, chronic disease management, and integrated wellness services—all under one roof. The center accepts most Medicare Advantage plans available in the market and operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
