STUART, Fla. (CBS12) — A Riviera Beach man was caught on aerial video speeding through Martin County streets, running red lights and weaving through traffic while fleeing law enforcement.
According to Martin County Jail records, Derwyn Edwards faces charges of first-degree petit theft and aggravated fleeing with injury or damage. Records show he was arrested Thursday.

The aerial video cuts to show the suspect getting out of the car near Southeast Dominica Terrace at Southeast Federal Highway before he’s nabbed by deputies from the Martin County Sheriff’s Office.
