Jacksonville drug house raided, fentanyl, cocaine, meth, guns and $10K seized

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (CBS12) — A months-long investigation into a known Jacksonville drug house resulted in a major drug bust, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

JSO says that their investigation began in July when its detectives learned that dealers were selling methamphetamine and cocaine out of a home on East 61st Street near Panama Park.

After building a strong case, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant of the home on Sept. 3.

Inside of the home, JSO found 29.6 grams of fentanyl — worth nearly 15,000 fatal doses — 225.1 grams of powder cocaine, 184 grams of methamphetamine, 51.4 grams of crack cocaine, 621.8 grams of marijuana, 4 handguns, 2 rifles, and nearly $10,000 in cash.

Joe Holmes, 37, and Chelsea Dillaberry, 26, were arrested in the drug bust. Holmes — already a convicted felon — racked up 13 charges, and Dillaberry is being hit with 3 charges.
