Capsized boat off Florida coast leaves 3 floating in water before rescue
Three people were rescued Tuesday night after their boat capsized, leaving them floating in the water holding on to the side of the boat.
This occurred at approximately 9:30 p.m. in Mosquito Lagoon near New Smyrna Beach.
Rescue units responded and brought the three individuals to shore for a medical evaluation, according to the New Smyrna Beach Fire Department.
There were no injuries reported, NSBFD said.
