JACKSONVILLE, N.C. — A Jacksonville man is being held without bond after his arrest on multiple felony sex offense charges.
Online charging documents show the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Shaun Michael Anthony Frank on Sunday, September 20.
One warrant charges Frank with second-degree forcible rape. According to the charging document, the allegation involves a person who was physically helpless at the time. The offense is listed as happening on Feb. 20, 2025.
A separate warrant charges Frank with statutory rape of a child age 15 or younger and indecent liberties with a child.
Online charging documents list those alleged offenses as happening on May 19, 2024.
Frank remains in the Onslow County Jail without bond.
