Florida Georgia Line’s highly anticipated reunion is already set to take the duo into 2027, but could Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley have even more planned?
The country stars have been steadily building excitement around their return, with a growing list of festival appearances announced for next year. Now, a seemingly innocent photo from behind the scenes of their latest tour shoot has sparked speculation that new Florida Georgia Line music could also be in the works.
While there has been no official confirmation of a new album, the image has certainly given fans something to talk about.
A Curious Photo Has Fans Connecting the Dots
The latest clue comes from photographer Nick Leonard, who was behind the camera for Florida Georgia Line’s 2027 tour shoot.
In a carousel shared by Leonard, one of the photos shows Hubbard signing what appears to be a square insert. Kelley is standing behind him with a pen, seemingly preparing to do the same.
Even more intriguing, a row of similarly sized golden sheets can be seen spread across the table.
Signed inserts are nothing unusual in the music business. Artists frequently sign separate prints or inserts that are later included with limited-edition vinyl releases.
So, technically, the photo doesn’t prove that Florida Georgia Line have recorded a new album.
Hubbard and Kelley have both spent much of 2026 promoting their respective solo music, while also preparing for their Florida Georgia Line reunion. That makes it difficult to imagine that they have already completed an entirely new album together.
Still, the timing is certainly interesting.
Could a New Greatest Hits Album Be Coming?
If the duo isn’t preparing a brand-new studio album, another possibility is a new Greatest Hits collection.
Florida Georgia Line already released a Greatest Hits project in 2022, around the time they announced their hiatus. But with the pair returning to the road in 2027, another collection could provide the perfect nostalgia trip for longtime fans.
Their 2022 Greatest Hits album included the previously unreleased tracks “Invisible” and “Rendezvous.” That means a new compilation could potentially feature fresh material if Hubbard and Kelley have been working together again.
Florida Georgia Line Already Have a Big 2027 Ahead
Whatever the duo may or may not have planned in the studio, Florida Georgia Line already have plenty on their calendar.
The pair have announced a 2027 festival run, including an appearance at Stagecoach, as they continue their comeback following their 2026 CMA Fest reunion. They have also announced additional festival dates, including XRoads41.
Their return comes after Hubbard and Kelley spent several years pursuing their solo careers following Florida Georgia Line’s 2022 hiatus. The pair officially reunited onstage at CMA Fest 2026, telling the Nashville crowd, “We back, baby!”
