TAMPA, Fla. (WWSB) – Deputies in Hillsborough County are trying to identify the body a of a woman found lying by the road in Tampa, the sheriff’s office said.
At about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, a deputy was driving through the area of Sligh Avenue and 78th Street when he saw an adult female lying on the side of the road, unresponsive, with no visible signs of injury.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. No other details have been released.
