We can’t cry over Dolly Parton forever, and Shuffle, a bar that the late American icon would’ve loved, is going to help us dry these useless tears this Friday, which is Sept. 25, aka 9/25—and if you don’t get it by now, well, god bless you.
Four hours of Dolly, and Dolly-adjacent tunes, will blare while the vagina-forward bar hosts a Dolly costume contest, runs Dolly on the TVs, and offers Dolly drink (sweet tea shots) and dinner specials (“fried chicken + potatoes, mostly,” wrote organizers). There’s even a Dolly open mic with just one rule: “Just make Dolly proud.”
Of course, that’s not the only Dolly Parton tribute happening on Friday, and you can see a short list below.
There’s no cover for Dolly day happening Friday, Sept. 25 at Shuffle in Tampa.
