ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — UPDATE: The eastbound lanes of the Gandy Bridge have reopened.

Drivers heading from St. Pete to Tampa on Tuesday afternoon are hitting major traffic delays on the Gandy Bridge.
A multi-car crash on the Pinellas County side of the Gandy Bridge blocked one right lane just after 4 p.m. Traffic cameras show cars at a near standstill on the bridge as of 5:15 p.m.
Drivers should find alternate routes.
