🏆 WHICH NEIGHBORHOOD WILL COME OUT ON TOP?

Get ready for a citywide showdown as neighborhoods from across St. Petersburg face off for shuffleboard bragging rights and the chance to take home the Mae Hall Trophy!

📅 Sunday, November 8, 2026
⏰ 3:00–8:00 PM
📍 St. Petersburg Shuffleboard Club
559 Mirror Lake Drive North

The Neighborhood Shuffle Showdown is more than a tournament. It’s an afternoon of neighborhood pride, friendly competition, food truck, music, and meeting neighbors.

Participating neighborhoods will be flying their flags, decorating neighborhood tables, showing off what makes their corner of St. Pete special, and rallying their neighbors to victory.

🎯 WHO CAN PLAY?

EVERYONE from a participating St. Petersburg neighborhood can play for FREE—and you do NOT need to be an experienced shuffleboard player or part of a pre-selected team.

Never played before? Perfect. The game is easy to learn, and there will be plenty of opportunities to jump in and play.

During Open Play, neighborhoods can have multiple two-person teams playing at the same time. Play a game, switch partners, play again, cheer on your neighbors, or just come hang out and enjoy the afternoon.

🏆 HOW DOES THE SHOWDOWN WORK?

When you arrive, check in with your neighborhood and start playing during Open Play.

Neighborhoods will compete in eight-frame doubles matches, and the four neighborhoods with the strongest results during Open Play will advance to the FINAL FOUR.

If your neighborhood advances, your neighborhood captain will select two players to represent the neighborhood in the semifinal and championship rounds.

One neighborhood will ultimately take home the Mae Hall Trophy—and the epic bragging rights that come with achieving shuffleboard glory.

📣 NOT SURE IF YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD IS PARTICIPATING?

Reach out to your neighborhood association and ask!

If your neighborhood hasn’t registered yet, encourage your association leadership to get involved or take the lead and help start the team.

🙌 DON’T WANT TO PLAY?

Come anyway!
Cheer for your neighborhood, meet people from across the city, visit neighborhood tables, grab some food, volunteer, and enjoy one of St. Pete’s most uniquely local traditions.

This is not a tournament where a neighborhood sends one elite team.

The whole neighborhood gets to be part of it.

Bring your neighbors. Bring your neighborhood pride. And come help carry your corner of St. Pete to the top.
