A Florida property featured prominently in the popular Netflix series “Bloodline” is now for sale in the Keys.

Located at 130 Palm Ln., in Plantation Key, the property was the fictional home of Kevin & Belle Rayburn, played by actors Norbert Leo Butz and Katie Finneran.

Originally built in 1958, the 2,796-square-foot home comes with three bedrooms and three bathrooms , as well as a chef’s kitchen with Wolf, Sub Zero & Miele appliances, access to a nearby boat ramp, dockage and more.

According to property records, the house was last purchased in 1996 for $250,000. Today, the home is asking $2.25 million.

“Bloodline” debuted in 2015 and featured the Keys prominently, with film locations across Islamorada, Key Largo, Long Key and other spots.

Arguably the most famous location from the series, the Rayburn hotel, which also served as the home of Sissy Spacek’s character Sally Rayburn, is located at The Blue Charlotte House at The Moorings resort in Islamorada.

Despite receiving about $8 million in state tax credits for its first season under Florida’s former entertainment financial incentive program, “Bloodline” was remarkably expensive to shoot. Due to the remote location, production costs were nearly $8 million an episode, which is similar in cost per episode as the first season of “Game of Thrones.”

The combination of a steep price tag, declining ratings, and loss of further tax breaks under the DeSantis administration, the show was eventually cancelled after its third season.

The listing agents for this particular “Bloodline” house are Dani Hall and Rhonda L. Simonds-Brewer of American Caribbean Real Estate and Christie’s International Real Estate.
