Jury begins deliberations in Caleb Flynn murder trial in Miami County

MIAMI COUNTY, Ohio (WKEF) — The jury is now deliberating in the trial of Caleb Flynn.

Flynn, 40, is accused of killing his wife, Ashley Flynn, earlier this year. She was found dead in the couple’s Tipp City home in February.

The trial began jury selection on Thursday, September 17, with opening statements on Friday, September 18.

Prosecutors and defense attorneys wrapped up their cases in the Miami County courtroom on Monday, September 28.

On Tuesday, September 29, closing arguments were heard from both sides.

Shortly after 12:30 p.m. today, the jury was sent to lunch and then to begin deliberations.
