The founder of medical and lawyer referral service 1-800-411 PAIN was arrested for allegedly bringing a gun to a Miami-Dade high school over the weekend.
Robert Cash Lewin, 59, was arrested Saturday on a charge of possession of a firearm on school property, an arrest report said.
The alleged incident happened at Miami Coral Park Senior High School.
According to the arrest report, a deputy responded to the school and was told by the principal that a man was on the bleachers in the school gym with a firearm on his waistband.
The gun had been exposed when he bent over and a picture was taken, and the picture was sent to the assistant principal, the report said.
Deputies found Lewin in a Lincoln Navigator with the license plate “411PAIN” in the school parking lot, the report said.
Lewin was asked to step out and was searched, and the deputies found a gun with an extra magazine and a knife, the report said.
According to the report, Lewin told the deputies it was an accident and he hadn’t meant to take the gun on school ground.
The gun and magazine were impounded, the report said.
