FORT MYERS, Fla. (WINK) — A man was arrested at Ron DAO Pizzeria and Sports Bar after social media posts gained traction, accusing him of repeatedly dining and dashing at local restaurants.
Lee County deputies observed the man sitting at the bar but did not make contact with him at that time. The man left the establishment and was walking toward his bicycle.
Deputies made contact with the manager and confirmed he did not pay for his meal. Deputies then made contact with the suspect on his bike.
He was charged with DUI and defraud food, lodging, accommodation. His bond was set at $750.
