A woman is facing animal cruelty charges in Hialeah after videos showed her allegedly abusing a dog, police said. Miriam Yilian De La Rosa, 42, was booked into jail early Friday on three counts of animal cruelty, records showed. Surveillance footage released by police showed De La Rosa outside the building with three small dogs including two in a stroller and one on a leash.
