TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and local organizations are gearing up to support those impacted by all types of cancer across the Big Bend.
Barbara Linton, the founder and president of Courage Though Cancer Ministries, and longtime volunteer Carrol Bracken joined our Ava Van Valen in the studio today to talk about the 8th annual Courage through Cancer walk coming up this month.
The walk is on Saturday, October 17, at Fred George Park. It starts at 9 a.m.
