Hudson could soon gain 80 apartments near U.S. 19, where the planned $17 million Bayonet Point Apartments would rise five stories with residences above ground-level parking.
The roughly 87,000-square-foot building would take up only part of a 32.29-acre, currently undeveloped property in western Pasco County — a much larger piece of land just off U.S. 19 owned by Bayonet Point Holdings LLC.
Tampa-based Dhruv Development LLC is serving as general contractor on the project.
