Inside Self-Storage (ISS) is among the companies sponsoring the “Storage Redefined Masterclass” being presented by Toy Storage Nation in Port St. Lucie, Florida on Dec. 4. The full-day workshop, to be held at Sandpiper All Inclusive Resort, is designed to provide real estate developers, investors and owner/operators with education to help them succeed in boat/RV storage, flex space, commercial truck parking and waterfront storage (marinas and wet/dry slips).
Starting at 7:30 a.m. and ending at 6 p.m., the event will explore how to build and operate these niche storage businesses. Topics include industry trends, financing, development, construction, marketing, insurance, security, technology and more. The event includes breakfast, lunch, a cocktail hour and a tour of a local storage facility.
The early-bird rate to attend the event, which expires on Oct. 31, is $750 per person. Starting Nov. 1, the price is $950. Registration is available through the TSN website. A special hotel-room rate is also being offered.
For nearly 36 years, ISS has provided informational resources for the self-storage industry. Its educational offerings include ISS Magazine, the annual ISS World Expo, an extensive website, the ISS Store, and Self-Storage Talk, the industry’s largest online community.
Founded in 2020, TSN provides education and events for boat/RV-storage professionals. It also hosts an awards program that recognizes excellence in boat/RV facility design and operation nationwide.
