Upset parents, staffers and teachers expected to speak out at this morning’s “Redefining Our Schools” community meeting in Broward. School Board member Dr. Allen Zeman says the superintendent has put ten schools on the chopping block.Broward has already closed six schools after losing 13-percent of its enrollment in five years. Experts blame COVID, the low birthrate and immigration enforcement fears. Plans will be finalized in November, with a final vote on tap in December.
