Over the past few years, South Florida has become a magnet for $100 million home sales. As a result, mega-listings continue to populate the ultrahigh end market there. Now, on exclusive Indian Creek, a nearly-completed mansion is coming on the market for $200 million.
If it sold for close to that figure, the nearly 2-acre Miami-area property would be the most expensive ever sold in Miami-Dade County. The current record is held by the $120 million sale of a nearby home on Star Island by hotel magnate Vladislav Doronin in March.
