There have been a lot of changes across Central Florida in the past 150 years, and that definitely includes the people who live here.

As part of the Orlando Sentinel’s 150th birthday celebration, the newspaper is hosting a special forum to discuss the past, present and future of the region’s residents and their demographic makeup.

The event will be held Wednesday, Oct. 14 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Orlando Regional Realtor Association at 5421 Diplomat Circle, Orlando.

The event is free to attend, but you must register in advance at OrlandoSentinel.com/RSVP. Space is limited.

Our panel will be moderated by Orlando Sentinel metro editor Steve Lemongello. Special guests will offer information and insight on the incredible transformation the region has undergone since 1876, the year the Orlando Sentinel’s great-grandfather, the Orange County Reporter, started publication as the first newspaper in Orlando.
