FORT MYERS, Fla. (WINK) — As temperatures cool down and fall gets underway, one Fort Myers fitness studio is encouraging people to fall into a new routine.

9Round Fitness at Gulf Coast Town Center is celebrating its first year in the community this fall. The gym offers a 30-minute, full-body workout built around a series of nine stations, combining strength training and cardio.

Unlike a traditional gym, 9Round workouts are designed to keep people moving, with trainers guiding members through each station and helping them stay on track throughout the workout.

The first year has given the studio a chance to build a fitness community in Southwest Florida, while welcoming people at different fitness levels.

Now, as part of its “Falling Into Fitness” theme, the gym is encouraging people to make movement part of their fall routine.

Right now, the gym is having a ‘goblings vs ghouls’ competition. Owner Lisa Santiago said the gym is always having fun competitions, ” We want to be a community for people. We try and keep our members engaged and we do that through competition.”

The idea is simple: with the holidays approaching and schedules getting busier, finding a workout that fits into the day can be easier with a 30-minute format.

For 9Round, the one-year milestone is also a chance to celebrate the members and trainers who have made the Gulf Coast Town Center location part of their fitness routine.
