TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — A 14-year-old golden retriever named Benny is back home safe after Tulsa firefighters rescued him from the bottom of a 20-foot-deep ditch over the weekend.
Tulsa Fire Department Engine 6 responded to the call, and crews were able to get Benny out safely.
Benny was not injured and is doing well. Fire officials said they were glad to help, especially when it meant getting a four-legged family member home safely. Benny’s owner was extremely grateful.
