The Village isn’t the only one celebrating 35 years.
Two local businesses, launched in 1991, are also marking milestones of their own.
On a recent Friday night, Novecento was abuzz with locals celebrating 35 years of Argentine-inspired dining on Key Biscayne. Live entertainment, dancing and favorite dishes helped mark the occasion. General Manager and co-founder Javier Cividini said, “thirty-five years is something to celebrate.”
Joining the festivities was Michele Estevez, founder of Michele and Associates, the property management company she also launched in 1991.
“It is hard to believe we started the company with one property 35 years ago,” said Estevez, whose company now manages more than 30 properties.
