It’s wine time at one of Ybor City’s most historic venues.

Wines of Spain helps celebrate the history of the nearly125-year-old Centro Asturiano de Tampa, which was once home to Cuban immigrants migrating to Ybor City.

Fifty Spanish and Mediterranean wines, including reds, whites and dessert wines will be supplemented with flamenco dancers, live music and a silent auction. There’s also a cocktail bar, Spanish-inspired tapas and a cigar lounge.

Proceeds go towards a fundraising project that will renovate Centro Asturiano’s gymnasium into a new communal space. 

Tickets for Wines of Spain at Centro Asturiano de Tampa, Oct. 16, 6 p.m.-9 p.m., are still available and start at $108.55.
