October 15, 2026 – Jabil Inc., a St. Petersburg-based global engineering, supply chain and manufacturing company, and Adani Enterprises Limited have signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding “setting out the framework for a proposed 50:50 joint venture to manufacture and assemble artificial intelligence (AI) and data center equipment in India,” according to a prepared statement. In June, Jabil and the Adani Group announced their intention to establish a strategic alliance.
