Titan 9 Group is a Jacksonville-based organization dedicated to bringing people together through signature events, cultural celebrations, and community-driven experiences. From its Smokin’ Aces & Titan 9 Group Annual Golf Tournament and Casino Royale gala to the annual River City Smoke Fest, the organization creates opportunities for entertainment, networking, and meaningful connections while celebrating Jacksonville’s vibrant culture.
Returning October 16-18, 2026, for its third annual celebration, River City Smoke Fest brings together cigar enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, local businesses, and visitors from across the country for three days of entertainment, food, fellowship, and elevated lifestyle experiences.
The festivities kick off Friday, October 16, with Welcome to Duval: Teal Takeova at Artist Walk at 6PM with FREE general admission, live entertainment, food, and local vendors. The weekend continues Saturday with BOTL x SOTL Midday Smoke: Rep Your Team at Aromas Cigar Bar and Ladies Smoke First Class at Porsche Jacksonville, before concluding Sunday with the It Ain’t Ova’ Til’ It’s Ova! Kookout Day Party.
More than a cigar festival, River City Smoke Fest reflects Titan 9 Group’s commitment to creating memorable experiences, supporting local businesses, and bringing communities together.
