Election Day is upon us, and voters can turn in Vote-by-Mail ballots across Southwest Florida as we near the big day on Tuesday, Nov. 3.
All Vote-by-Mail ballots must be in the Supervisor of Elections office by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day in order for the ballot to be counted. You cannot turn in your ballot to a polling precinct on Election Day. You must surrender your ballot to vote in person. If you have lost your ballot, you will need to notify a poll worker and sign an affidavit to receive a new ballot to vote in person.
U.S. Mail
You can mail in your ballot with the postage-paid envelope. It MUST be received in the elections office on Election Day, so you should mail it at least several days in advance.
