TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Cool mornings and nice afternoons are here to stay as we remain locked into a fall weather pattern that is not shaking anytime soon.
Warmer afternoons
After struggling to get to 80 over the last few days, highs should reach that number through the end of the week. It is still going to be chilly in the mornings with lows in the 40s. Plenty of sunshine each day as well.
Breezy weekend
No big change in the forecast over the next few days, the main change is the return of breezy conditions as high pressure strengthens and moves south toward our area.
Gusts between 15 and 25 mph out of the north will keep temperatures a tad cooler in the upper 70s in the afternoons and 50s in the mornings. Staying mostly sunny Saturday and Sunday.
Beach and boating conditions will be rough Saturday through Monday.
Little change next week
The weather pattern does not change next week as we keep a north wind. However, not as strong as the weekend. Highs will stay in the upper 70s and low 80s. Morning lows not as cold in the mid-50s.
