(WALA) – President Donald J. Trump approved a Major Disaster Declaration for Florida on Tuesday, releasing federal funding to assist recovery efforts following Hurricane Isaias, according to a post from Congressman Jimmy Patronis.
The declaration authorizes grant funding for emergency work and repair or replacement of disaster-damaged facilities across 13 counties: Bay, Calhoun, Escambia, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Liberty, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Wakulla, Walton, and Washington.
