“Sundays on the Water” brings live DJs, champagne service, oversized cocktails and waterfront dining to Biscayne Bay every Sunday afternoon.
Miami’s weekend social scene is getting a glamorous new addition as Delilah Miami prepares to launch “Sundays on the Water,” a weekly waterfront party series debuting Sunday, November 1.
Known for its celebrity clientele, sophisticated atmosphere and signature dinner-and-a-show experience, the Brickell Key supper club is bringing its celebrated nightlife energy into the afternoon with a new event designed to take advantage of Miami’s outdoor dining season.
Taking place every Sunday from 3 to 9 p.m., the series will transform Delilah’s waterfront patio into a lively social destination featuring rotating DJs, elaborate cocktail presentations, tableside champagne service and a specially curated menu from Executive Chef Mitchell Hesse.
Guests can enjoy sweeping views of Biscayne Bay while experiencing the restaurant’s signature blend of music, dining and entertainment.
“Delilah has always been defined by the atmosphere we create, from the music and cocktails to the energy of the room,” said Brian Grimmel, Vice President of Promotion & Marketing at The h.wood Group. “Sundays on the Water is a natural extension of that experience, bringing the spirit of Delilah’s nightlife to our waterfront patio.”
The inaugural celebration on November 1 will feature Miami-based DJ duo Paperwater, known for their genre-blending performances that incorporate pop, hip-hop, indie and Afro-tech influences. The pair will kick off a rotating lineup of musical talent set to provide the soundtrack for the weekly waterfront gatherings.
Oversized Cocktails and Tableside Champagne
A major highlight of the new Sunday experience will be Delilah’s expanded cocktail offerings, emphasizing shareable presentations and interactive tableside service.
Guests can order cocktail towers for $150, featuring 12 miniature martinis with a choice of three varieties from The h.wood Group’s classic cocktail selections or Delilah Miami’s signature collection.
For larger groups, $200 cocktail punch bowls will offer approximately 10 servings of any of Delilah’s signature cocktails, creating an experience designed for sharing.
A roaming champagne and rosé cart will also make its way around the patio throughout the afternoon, offering tableside service.
The beverage program will be complemented by exclusive Sunday menu offerings from Executive Chef Mitchell Hesse, adding a culinary element to the afternoon festivities.
A New Way to Experience Delilah Miami
