There are some tricks and some treats when it comes to our Halloween outlook along the Gulf Coast.
Don’t expect a gourd-geous forecast this Halloween as isolated rain will filter through the Gulf Coast. The good news is the overall coverage will be low and many Gulf Coast communities will still stay dry for trick-or-treating.
In the meantime, Friday will feature spotty afternoons showers with highs in the upper 80s.
Your Gulf Coast Weather Most Accurate Forecast says highs will stay above average in the upper 80s this weekend with lows only in the 70s. Get ready for the Halloween candy to melt a little bit faster this year as we’ll likely end up just shy of record heat!

An upper-level disturbance this weekend will ramp up storm coverage on Sunday. The biggest threats will be heavy rain and gusty winds Sunday afternoon.
We’re still roughly one week out until our next expected cold front. This front will finally bring some relief from the high humidity to the Gulf Coast toward the end of next week.
