During the 2025 Travvy Awards, held on November 6, 2025, at the Greater Fort Lauderdale Broward County Convention Center, Michael Bayley, the President and CEO of Royal Caribbean International, received the award for the first Travel Executive of the Year. The award is one of the most important in the travel industry and it is given for the first time. This award is given for the first time for this price.
