From the team behind Casa Sensei, the new pickup-and-delivery concept will serve premium Chinese favorites, house-made sauces and chef-driven dishes beginning November 12.

A new Chinese takeout concept is coming to Fort Lauderdale as Golden Dynasty prepares to make its debut on November 12, bringing a fresh approach to classic Chinese cuisine with premium ingredients, house-made sauces and restaurant-quality dishes.

Created by the team behind Casa Sensei, the popular Las Olas restaurant and six-time winner of Fort Lauderdale Magazine’s “Best Asian Restaurant,” Golden Dynasty aims to combine the nostalgia and convenience of traditional Chinese takeout with the culinary standards of a full-service restaurant.

The new concept will operate exclusively through pickup and delivery, offering residents throughout Fort Lauderdale and surrounding Broward County communities an elevated alternative to traditional takeout.

“Chinese takeout has always had a sense of comfort and nostalgia for me,” said Patricia Lara, owner of Golden Dynasty. “Golden Dynasty gave us the opportunity to create food that feels recognizable and approachable while applying the same attention to ingredients and execution our guests have come to expect from us.”

A Fresh Take on Chinese Favorites

Led by Executive Chef Christopher Ramos, Golden Dynasty’s menu features familiar Chinese dishes prepared with fresh ingredients, traditional cooking techniques and sauces made entirely in-house.

The restaurant’s appetizers include Shrimp Shumai ($14), Bao Buns ($15), Spring Rolls ($9) and Salt & Pepper Prawns ($17).

Noodle and rice selections include Kung Fu Lo Mein ($20), featuring mushrooms, bean sprouts, green beans and bell peppers; Pad Kee Mao ($20), prepared with flat rice noodles, basil, egg and vegetables; and Dynasty Special Fried Rice ($22), combining pork, chicken, shrimp and mixed vegetables.

Among the standout entrées is the chef-recommended Chinese Garlic Shrimp ($26), featuring minced garlic, soy and scallions. Other offerings include Pepper Steak ($25), Honey Garlic Chicken ($23) and House Broccoli & Umami Glaze ($23), available with chicken, beef, shrimp or crispy tofu.

For diners looking to try something different, the menu also features Mongolian Duck ($41), prepared with crispy house duck and the restaurant’s signature Mongolian sauce.

Casa Sensei Favorites Make the Menu

While Golden Dynasty focuses primarily on Chinese takeout classics, the concept will also incorporate several popular dishes from Casa Sensei.

Guests can order Rock Shrimp Tempura ($15), served with chipotle mayo, scallions and crispy rice noodles, or House Calamari ($16), accompanied by marinara and bang bang sauce.

To maintain the familiar takeout experience, orders will include traditional soy, duck and mustard sauce packets, along with fortune cookies.

Golden Dynasty will also introduce a VIP rewards program, allowing customers to earn one point for every dollar spent toward future rewards. Digital gift cards will be available as well.
