TAMPA, Fla. —
HCA Florida Healthcare unveiled the first rendering on Monday of the future HCA Florida Cape Coral Hospital.
The rendering comes after the Cape Coral City Council approved an incentive package in support of the $300 million hospital project on Oct. 21. It is for 25 years, and it supports plans to expand the emergency site on Southwest Pine Island Road into a hospital.
The release states that the council’s approval also includes provisions related to job creation, site development, property tax recapture and impact fees.
Additionally, HCA Florida Healthcare said Phase 1 construction plans will be finalized in the coming months, and the project is expected to create jobs, attract healthcare professionals and support local businesses.
