FORT MYERS, Fla. —
Follow live results on all three Florida constitutional amendments on the Nov. 3, 2026, ballot. The proposals address the state’s Budget Stabilization Fund, a property tax exemption for certain agricultural and agritourism equipment, and changes to homestead exemptions and local property taxes. Each amendment needs at least 60% voter approval to pass.
