TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A Gadsden County man was arrested Wednesday night in Tallahassee for his role in a Panama City shooting, according to police.
Davion Sutton, 18, was arrested at a family member’s home in Tallahassee, according to the U.S. Marshals.
He faces murder and firearms charges.

57-year-old Tammy Chambers was found dead inside her car on Jenks Ave. in Panama City on Tuesday.
Panama City police say the shooting is the result of mistaken identity. Authorities also said Chambers was on the phone with her husband during the incident.
Sutton, who is from Gadsden County, was released from state prison just nine days before the shooting. According to the Florida Department of Corrections, he was released on November 2 after serving approximately 18 months of a four-year sentence for a 2022 attempted murder in Gadsden County.
He was on probation at the time of Tuesday’s Panama City shooting.
According to authorities, two other people have been arrested for their role in the shooting.
Kamilah Armstead, 33, is charged with Accessory After the Fact (murder), and Uriah Armstead, 16, is charged with murder.
