South Florida will enjoy mainly dry and comfortable weather through the workweek, with plenty of sunshine and mild temperatures.

Patchy fog may develop early this morning across interior portions of South Florida, but it should dissipate quickly after sunrise.

Highs will reach the low to mid-80s today and Wednesday, with some interior areas possibly climbing into the upper 80s.

With dry air sticking around, sunny skies and pleasant conditions continue through midweek. High pressure will remain the controlling feature, keeping rain chances near zero.

Above-normal temperatures could return by mid to late week as a strengthening mid-level ridge builds over the region.

Quiet and stable weather continues through the weekend. Breezy conditions may develop along the coast, but sunshine will dominate. A weak front could approach late Sunday, bringing a slight uptick in moisture and a few clouds.

Temperatures will remain in the lower 80s into next week.
