Lt. Gov. Jay Collins speaks on elder affairs at retirement community in Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Florida Lt. Gov. Jay Collins is scheduled to speak Tuesday afternoon at a retirement community in Jacksonville.

Collins will be joined for the news conference by Florida Department of Elder Affairs Secretary Michelle Branham.

They will speak at 2:30 p.m. at Cypress Village, a retirement community on Middleton Park Circle in Jacksonville.
