One of five individuals charged in connection with the Club Blu mass shooting in Fort Myers back in 2016 is set to be in court for a pre-trial hearing.
Derrick Church is set to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.
The shooting killed 14-year-old Sean Archilles and 18-year-old Stefan Strawder, injuring at least 14 others.
Church was arrested again on Halloween while out on bond, this time facing a long list of drug charges.
