The alleged incident happened back on July 24 at an apartment complex on Northeast 164th Street in North Miami Beach.
According to an arrest report, the woman said she’d been dating Aliakseyeu but ended their relationship when she found out he was married to a woman in Pennslyvania.
She said she had relocated to South Florida but he was able to find her and showed up outside her apartment complex, then contacted her and told her to come outside her complex where he was waiting in a BMW SUV, the report said.
The woman said she went out and got into the SUV and Aliakseyeu pulled a knife and put it to her throat, telling her “I’m going to kill you and throe you into the ocean,” the report said.
She said she tried to fight him off and escape the SUV but he overpowered her and cut her on her right forearm.
At one point, she said Aliakseyeu put his knee on her throat and pulled out an electric clipper and started shaving off parts of her hair, the report said.
She said he continued to punch her until she was able to free herself and run into the complex.
Aliakseyeu fled the area, but on Wednesday responded to a courthouse in Miami where he was taken into custody and booked into jail, the report said.
He appeared before a Miami-Dade judge on Thursday who granted him a $16,000 bond and ordered him to stay away from the alleged victim.
